A Student Competition will be held in conjunction with the 2026 Workshop on Applied Statistics in Agriculture and Natural Resources. All presentations by bachelors, masters and PhD students are eligible to participate. Student presentations will be scored based on a standard set of judging criteria.
Student Competition Categories
Best Student Presentations
Each student presenter will be evaluated by a panel of judges based on standardized scoring criteria. There will three separate placings for best oral presentation: first ($500), second ($300), and third ($200). Each placing will receive a certificate and a monetary prize.
Student Awards
Winners will be announced via email after the workshop concludes. Judging forms, along with written feedback, will be sent to presenters by email following the workshop.
