Early Registration Deadline: April 3, 2026
The workshop attendee registration fee includes:
- Full participation in the workshop
- In-Person:
- Workshop materials
- Participation in Tuesday's Poster Session
- Participation in Tuesday's Networking Reception
- Morning refreshments on Tuesday, group lunches Tuesday and Wednesday, a breakfast buffet on Thursday, and daily mid-day and afternoon beverages
- Monday's Optional Workshop attendees receive lunch, and mid-day and afternoon beverages
- Virtual:
- Livestream access to in-person presentations
- Monday's Optional Workshop attendees receive live stream access to the in-person workshop

Refund Policy
Requests for registration refunds will be honored if written note of cancellation is received by our business office on or before April 3rd, 2026. A $100 processing fee will be deducted from all workshop attendee refunds, $60 from all student refunds, and $15 from all workshop attendee refunds. No refunds will be honored for cancellations after April 3rd, 2026. If for any reason you need to cancel your registration, email Sydney White at spark15@unl.edu.
Accommodations
