Early Registration Deadline: April 3, 2026
The workshop attendee registration fee includes:
- Full participation in the workshop
- In-Person:
- Workshop materials
- Participation in Tuesday's Poster Session
- Participation in Tuesday's Networking Reception
- Morning refreshments on Tuesday, group lunches Tuesday and Wednesday, a breakfast buffet on Thursday, and daily mid-day and afternoon beverages
- Monday's Optional Workshop attendees receive lunch, and mid-day and afternoon beverages
- Virtual:
- Livestream access to in-person presentations
- Monday's Optional Workshop attendees receive live stream access to the in-person workshop

Refund Policy
Requests for registration refunds will be honored if written note of cancellation is received by our business office on or before April 3rd, 2026. A $100 processing fee will be deducted from all workshop attendee refunds, $60 from all student refunds, and $15 from all workshop attendee refunds. No refunds will be honored for cancellations after April 3rd, 2026. If for any reason you need to cancel your registration, email
